Processing time:

This is the time needed to prepare your items. All items are made to order so please allow around 1-5 working days for printing and posting.

Delivery:

All items are posted for FREE using Royal Mail 2nd class tracked services. Although items often arrive much sooner, please allow 3 -5 working days to arrive once despatched. (This is the timescales given by Royal Mail). For international orders please allow up to 15 working days dependent on location. A flat rate of £7.99 is charged for international orders.

Returns:

We accept returns in line with UK & EU regulations. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.

Issues:

In the unlikely event there is an issue with your item, please email the details to simplythewestuk@outlook.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
